"Becoming a Coaching Leader" was a great breakout last year with Daniel. It really was awesome to hear him be insightful and vulnerable about the "why" and "what" of his organization and his passion, instead of just the "how". I recently re-read my notes from that session wishing I had asked more questions. A great session.

My "BCE2010 Moment" was during reflection time while working on the Life Plan out on the lawn. I had all of my 'tools' with me: BCE2010 binder, copy of LIfe Plan, Coffee, Water, and my Bible. It was during my reading time that I read from John Chapter 15 as part of my daily reading and came across verses 5-8 and it was then I realized my purpose was to 'bear fruit'. Was a great moment for me that I immediately shared with my coach, Raymond Gleason...via text AND photo...Yes, I broke the rules...I used my cell phone during reflection time!!! These verses have directed me moving forward since attending.
